SAZA Embarks on Halloween Marathon

This Halloween, SAZA (South African Zombie Apocalypse) and author Lee Herrmann will be participating in Halloween ComicFest 2015 at two major comic book stores across Gauteng: Cosmic Comics in Cresta and Smallville Comics in Alberton.
ComicFest is an annual celebration of the spooky holiday with plenty of comic giveaways, and SAZA and Lee Herrmann will be in attendance to sign of his books ( Journal of a South African Zombie Apocalypse and The South African Zombie Apocalypse Survival Guide), as well as talk about zombies and survival techniques for the looming apocalypse.
The books will be on sale for R130 each as well as original zombie themed shirts (Z-tees) will also be available. SAZA will also be running a special Halloween competition: Draw of the Dead. All purchases of either book go into a draw to win a limited edition Journal of a South African Zombie Apocalypse T-shirt.
Halloween ComicFest 2015 will be hosted at both Cosmic Comics and Smallville Comics on Saturday, 31 October 2015 and will feature cosplays, free giveaways and massive discounts on all comics.
SAZA will be in attendance:
- Cosmic Comics from 09:00 – 11:30, and at
- Smallville Comics from 12:30 – 15:00
SAZA (South African Zombie Apocalypse) is the brainchild of Herrmann and long-time collaborator Stephen Lewis and is described as ‘ground zero for all things zombie.’ SAZA serves as an umbrella brand for zombie fiction and merchandise in the ever-growing genre.
