Born and raised in Klerksdorp, Chamonè Brönner is not just the Branch Manager of Fidelity ADT overseeing Klerksdorp, Stilfontein, and Orkney, but also a passionate advocate for community safety. With 11 years in the security industry and nearly a decade with the Fidelity Group, Chamonè’s dedication to her work is unwavering.

Chamonè’s passion for security was ignited by her late father, a former SAPS member. “ I find a sense of closeness to him when working with my colleagues - Fidelity ADT Response Officers (ROs) during night shifts’. Her commitment to her role is evident in her actions. Earlier this year, while on her way to the Vaal branch, she spotted two suspects at an empty house and made an arrest.

In Klerksdorp, Chamonè identifies house break-ins, car thefts, street robberies, domestic violence, and business robberies as the most pressing crime issues. She believes in the power of community vigilance and urges the public to be proactive in reporting any crime they witness.

Chamonè emphasises the importance of following safety tips such as driving with windows closed, activating alarms, closing gates, and ensuring children are not left to walk alone on the streets. She also values cooperation and dedication among her employees, appreciating those who share her passion for the business and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

After a long shift, Chamonè unwinds by spending quality time with her children. Her passion for Fidelity ADT has even rubbed off on her 7-year-old who gets excited at the sight of a Fidelity ADT vehicle or uniform.
