With the festive season in full swing, South Africa's roads are set to see a significant increase in traffic. Dunlop Tyres SA calls on drivers to embrace the "Four Ps" of road safety: Planning, Preparation, Patience, and Performance, to ensure a safer festive season for all.

"South Africa’s festive December season is a joyous time for visiting family and friends, but it also brings heightened risks on our roads," said Lubin Ozoux, CEO of Dunlop Tyres SA. "We urge all drivers to take responsibility for their safety and the safety of others."

The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) has forecasted peak daily traffic volumes of up to 90,000 vehicles on major routes like the N3, N2, and N1. With increased risks such as speeding, drunken driving, and unroadworthy vehicles, Dunlop emphasises the importance of responsible driving.
