Dunlop Tyres South Africa celebrates being named the Industry Winner of the Vehicle Consumables Category in the 2024/25 Ask Afrika Orange Index®. This prestigious award highlights Dunlop's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional customer experiences.
The Ask Afrika Orange Index®, an independent and highly respected benchmark study, has been evaluating service-experience expectations of South Africans since 2001. This year's winners were chosen based on thorough evaluations of customer satisfaction, emotional engagement, and loyalty across 200 brands and 26 industries. The 2024/25 data from Ask Afrika revealed an evolution in customer expectations, showing an increased focus on balancing relationships built on trust, hope, and human connection.
Lubin Ozoux, CEO of Dunlop Tyres South Africa, attributed this success to the company's customer-first approach:“We value this recognition, which is a testament to our commitment to providing quality safety-tested tyres, and striving to offer excellent levels of customer service. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we will continue to invest in building emotional connections with them.”
The Ask Afrika Orange Index® not only measures customer experiences but also drives growth and innovation, helping businesses like Dunlop refine their services and strengthen their market position.
