In Middelburg, house break-ins and vehicle thefts are prevalent, especially near the mall. Portia emphasises the importance of community vigilance and cooperation in combating these issues. She encourages residents to stay alert, report any suspicious activities, and regularly test their alarm systems.Portia believes that an interactive relationship between your security company and the public can significantly improve security in the area. She invites residents to share their concerns and suggestions on how they can join forces to combat crime effectively.
Despite the demanding nature of her job, Portia finds relaxation in simple moments of quiet after a long shift. "The rush never sleeps in our line of business," she says. "But just sitting on the couch and taking a moment to breathe can be incredibly relaxing."
