Oos Wes, Tuis Bes – Saturday, 11 April 2026
Following the overwhelming success of Oos Wes Tuis Bes 2025, this proudly homegrown music celebration returns to Carnival City — bigger, bolder and filled with even more heart.
In 2026, the Big Top Arena once again becomes the stage for a spectacular showcase honouring community, culture and the spirit of home. With the theme “Your Town · Your Language · Your Pride · Your Home”, this production is not just a music event but a tribute to what connects us, shapes us and makes South Africa unique.
The evening will celebrate identity, storytelling and exceptional live music — a night that brings together the essence of home and the energy of a nation under one roof.
This year’s lineup includes Herman Kleinhans, Tasché Burger, Nicholis Louw, Jan Blohm and Juan Boucher.
With several albums under his belt, Juan Boucher has more than 150 million streams making him one of the most popular artists in Afrikaans. The 2015 Afri-Visie winner Herman Kleinhans is known for his exceptional songwriting skillset and warm unique vocals. With his Due project TWEE and his solo career, he has become a household name.
Tasché Burger’s charismatic stage presence and powerful renditions of local and international hits bagged her The Voice SA crown in 2019. She became the first female winner of this reality TV series just after her 19th birthday.
Nicholis Louw is a South African pop and opera singer. His repertoire, mainly in Afrikaans, includes rock, pop, country and music ballads, often incorporating strong classical elements.
Jan Blohm has enjoyed great critical acclaim for several of his albums. Apart from writing music and touring Jan is also an accomplished painter and owns and operates a gallery in Somerset West in the Western Cape.
