Gypsy Folk, Reggae and Jazz on the Bay Harbour Sound Stage this Weekend

Friday Nite LIVE! 27 September – Fretlock Folk Gypsy
The Fretlock Folk Gypsy band is set to give market goers an amazing vibe for Friday Nite LIVE! on the Bay Harbour Sound Stage with their unique folk tunes.
Saturday 28 September – The Rivertones
Popular Cape Town reggae band “The Rivertones” takes centre stage on the Bay Harbour Market Sound Stage on Saturday 28 September. The Rivertones are recognised for bringing back the soul into reggae music and evoking sounds that legendary singer Bob Marley once mesmerised the world with.
The band comprises of experienced frontman Roland Geoffery Nair who has been performing since he was 12 and who has jammed with the likes of "The Wailers"; Ryan Coetze on bass guitar; and Khaya Hlawule on drums and vocals.
Sunday 29 September – The Goslett Project
Ending the weekend off on Sunday is jazz/fusion ensemble The Goslett Project. Headed up by accomplished guitarist Elton Goslett, this potent jazz fusion outfit also features COPA graduate Michael Steyn on drums and experienced bassist Valentino Europa. This trio of musos promises a powerful performance on the Bay Harbour Sound Stage.
