The Revs Kick the Festive Season into Gear at Bay Harbour Market
Submitted by: Ian DickinsonThe season’s festivities kick off at Bay Harbour Market this Saturday when The Revs heat up the Bay Harbour Sound Stage followed by local Hangberg jazz band Jackson Vibe, who will be performing later in the afternoon. If retro is what gets you going then be sure not to miss the crooning master Dale McCann with his renditions of the most loved songs from greats like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin for Friday Nite LIVE!. On Sunday, The Goslett Project returns to the Bay Harbour Sound Stage with their powerful concoction of jazz/fusion.
Friday Nite LIVE! 20 December – The Sinatra Tribute
Step back in time to an age when the guys were smooth and the gals were sassy, as Dale McCann brings the greats of the swing era back to life. Known for his unique vocal ability, Dale brings the charm of the 50’s swagger to every performance. He evokes the 50’s heartthrob style with his dashing and dancing persona, singing up a storm with some of the world’s most loved songs by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jnr, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennet, Elvis Presley, Andy Williams, Bobby Darin and many others. Don’t miss this Friday night performance!

The festive season kicks into gear at the Bay Harbour Market this Saturday when The Revs get the Bay Harbour Sound stage rocking out in the right direction. Sing, dance and sway along to the wonderful vibrations of Christmas with The Revs.
Jackson Vibe
Local Hangberg jazz band, Jackson Vibe, takes to the Bay Harbour Sound Stage on Saturday. The band offers a vibrant blend of Cape jazz and swing. Whilst very dedicated to producing fine music, Jackson Vibe is all about getting the community off their seats and on their feet and they seldom miss an opportunity to do so.
Sunday 22 December – The Goslett Project
Ending the weekend off on Sunday is jazz/fusion ensemble The Goslett Project. Headed up by accomplished guitarist, Elton Goslett, this potent jazz fusion outfit also features COPA (Campus of Performing Arts) graduate, Michael Steyn, on drums and experienced bassist Valentino Europa. The trio of musos promise a powerful performance on the Bay Harbour Sound Stage.
