Born in Zimbabwe, raised in Namibia and educated in South Africa, the diverse musical influences Dan has experienced in his life reveal themselves in his original compositions. Make sure you head to the harbour on Friday to check out this highly accomplished muso in action.Entertaining audiences on Saturday, January 26 is female-fronted rock outfit Tatum. The Cape Town-based group burst onto the scene after they released their first track on the “Bellville Rock City” compilation album through Rhythm Records. Since then, the band has played in and around South Africa spreading their perfect blend of pop and rock music across the country. The latest Tatum offerings are driven by strong melodic vocals that are sure to continue to make their mark on the South African music scene.Ending the weekend on Sunday, January 27 is percussion maestro Pete Woo. An accomplished muso, Woo has played in several bands and offers something unique to the world of music with his multi-instrumental abilities and creative looping techniques. He will be joined on stage by saxophonist Bruce Faraday for a live performance you don’t want to miss! As well as awesome live music, arts, crafts, fashion, decor and delicious cuisine, Bay Harbour is also hosting a monthly comedy showcase on the first Wednesday of each month.
