Chilled Tunes at The Bay Harbour Market This Weekend
Written by: Ian Dickinson Save to InstapaperFrom acoustic melodies to home grown jazz, make sure you head down to the Bay Harbour Market in Hout Bay this weekend for an awesome line-up of SA music.
Starting the weekend off in style is the Philip Malan Trio who takes to the Brampton Sound Stage on Friday April 20th from 6:15pm to 8:30pm for Friday Nite LIVE! Inspired by the likes of Tony Cox and Steve Newman, Philip Malan is an acoustic guitar maestro with formal musical training who has developed a finger picking style unique enough to call his own.
On Saturday, Abbott Nu Jazz brings their blend of modern jazz and contemporary technology to the stage from 1pm to 3.30pm.
Sunday features singer/songwriter Christian Castell with his distinctive blend of genres labeled ‘London Country’ by music enthusiasts. He will be joined on stage by some top SA musicians who together will produce an impressive, polished show from 11am to 2.45pm.
The Bay Harbour Market also features arts, crafts, fashion, decor and delicious cuisine.
