Steinmüller Africa, a solution provider and manufacturer of equipment to the power and process industry, has expanded its plant and equipment hire services through its Middelburg depot. The company now offers a pool of over 24 000 items, including cranes ranging from 5 to 400 tons, trailers, tractors, welding machines, generators, rigging, grinding, and drilling equipment.

The Middelburg depot serves clients in the power generation, petrochemical, chemical, mining, renewable energy, pulp and paper, construction, and general industrial sectors. To date, the depot has handled plant projects in Sasolburg, Rustenburg, Newcastle, Richards Bay, and Eskom power stations in Mpumalanga.
