- Leveraging the expertise of specialists in tube rolling, bending, boiler making, welding, and project planning.
- Ensuring timely delivery while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards.
Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Tube Rolling and Bending
- Intricate tubular designs required advanced machinery and specialised equipment to achieve precise angles and diameters.
- In-house capabilities preserved material integrity and ensured structural precision.
Optimised Material Use
- Robust project planning tools minimised material waste, reduced offcuts, and optimised sheet metal layout.
- Efficient manufacturing processes decreased the number of butt welds, saving time and materials.
High-Precision Boiler Making and Welding
- Components were fabricated to exacting specifications, ensuring they could withstand high temperatures and pressure.
- Welds were inspected rigorously to meet demanding safety and quality standards.
Expert Team Behind the Success
The project highlighted the skills of Steinmüller Africa’s professionals, including:
- Hudson Chikwature (Boilermaker).
- Willem Pelser (Welding Specialist).
- Mike McKenna (Bending Foreman).
