Kwikspace achieves one-week project turnaround for rental customer

Kwikspace, Africa’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated mobile units, has met a tight project deadline by delivering 10 rental units within a week of their order. EPCM Holdings, an Engineering Project and Product Development House, required temporary office space for its personnel at the Coega Port in Port Elizabeth, where it had been contracted to carry out construction work. It placed an order for Kwikspace rental units in mid-June 2022, and these were delivered and installed by the end of that month.

Kwikspace Rentals Division delivered four office units, a kitchen and an ablution unit as well as four 20-foot storage containers. All are fitted with electrical supply; the offices are fitted with burglar bars, and the kitchen and ablutions are fitted with sinks, countertops, toilets or urinals and wash basins, respectively. “This short-term rental presents EPCM Holdings with a cost-efficient and flexible space solution, enabling its personnel to carry out their work effectively,” explains Shaun Davis, Account Manager, Kwikspace.

With the largest rental fleet in sub-Saharan Africa, Kwikspace is able to deliver rental units directly to customers, across the country. “EPCM’s needs were discussed, the order was placed and units delivered within a week. We are pleased that we were able to fulfil this order quickly,” concludes Davis.
