Cape Town - 21 June 2025 - In a time where uncertainty, trauma and emotional overwhelm are quietly reshaping family dynamics, a powerful new course series is stepping in to offer mothers, grandmothers and female family leaders the tools they need to hold it all together without falling apart themselves.
The Matriarch Series™ is a three-part, emotionally supportive short course collection designed for the women at the heart of their families, the ones who feel responsible for holding space, offering comfort and guiding their loved ones through life’s hardest moments.
Created with both warmth and strategy, The Matriarch Series helps women lead with love, regulate their own nervous systems and foster emotional safety inside the home, without needing a therapy degree or a background in psychology.
“Mothers are the emotional anchors of their families but they’re often silently drowning in the weight of that role. The Matriarch Series™ was created to change that.” – Sinta Ebersohn
Each course offers focused, compassionate guidance on a core challenge modern matriarchs face:
- Strong Mother, Safe Family - How to create emotional safety during times of chaos or instability
- Leading with Love Through Crisis - How to stay grounded and guide your family through adversity without burning out
- Trauma-Informed Parenting in Real Life - What to say, do and model when children or grandchildren are navigating trauma
These aren’t theory-heavy lectures. They’re real tools, real scripts and real solutions for real life.
“This series is for the women who feel like they’re carrying the emotional weight of their family. I want them to know they don’t have to do it alone and they don’t have to be perfect to lead powerfully.” - Sinta Ebersohn, Creator of The Matriarch Series™
More Than a Course - A Movement of Matriarchs Rising
Participants in The Matriarch Series will also gain access to the Get Up and Grow Matriarch Members Community. It’s a private space for ongoing coaching, resilience-building and group mentorship for women ready to lead their families with grace, grit and emotional intelligence.
