CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA. Sinta Ebersohn, founder of Get Up and Grow and Fair Divorce, has been named Best Post Traumatic Growth Mentor 2026 at the African Excellence Awards, presented by MEA Markets. This is Ebersohn's second recognition from the programme, following her 2024 award for Best Employee Wellness Assistance Programme.
About Sinta Ebersohn
Ebersohn is the founder of Get Up and Grow, a resilience community built on her own four step Get Up and Grow Blueprint, and Fair Divorce, a global educational platform supporting families through separation and divorce. She holds accreditations across ten professional disciplines, including First Responder, Resilience Practitioner, Strategic Life Coach, Complimentary Therapist, Trauma Debriefing Specialist, Holistic Counsellor, Parenting Coach, Separation & Divorce Mentor, End of Life Doula & Training Provider, and has spent more than a decade helping individuals, families and organisations move through adversity toward real, lasting growth. Her work has previously been recognised by Feedspot's Top 100 Divorce Blogs, Expertido's Best Divorce Blog, and Million Podcasts' Top 100 Divorce Podcasts.
“This award reflects work built over many years, not a single moment. I am grateful for every life lesson that shaped this path, and for the chance to keep offering that work to people who need it most.” - Sinta Ebersohn, Founder, Get Up and Grow
Recognition and ongoing work
Rather than commission a bespoke trophy or certificate package to mark the win, Ebersohn chose to direct that budget toward her ongoing pro bono mentoring and volunteer work, a decision consistent with the values she teaches.
