Music Returns To La Motte As François Du Toit Opens Summer Concert Series With Spring-Inspired Recital

Classical Music Concert 11 October 2025: Spring is in the Air
Acclaimed pianist, François du Toit, is the opening act of La Motte’s Summer Concert Series. Fittingly opening the season with Spring is in the Air on 11 October, guests are invited to a beautiful programme of Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Chopin, Debussy and even Strauss!
Guests are welcome to join us in the estate gardens for a glass of wine and some light refreshments between 17:00 and 18:00. The concert is presented from La Motte’s renovated Parshuis or Historic Red Wine Cellar and starts promptly at 18:00. Please note that seating is not reserved.
Tickets are R350 per person and can be purchased here.
Make the most of your visit to the Franschhoek Valley and stay for dinner at the estate’s L’Ami Family Brasserie, a short stroll away from the concert venue.
