Celebrating International Chenin Blanc Day in June might be weird for those of us who are amidst the Southern Hemisphere winter, but while we often choose refreshing styles of Chenin Blanc as our favourite summer sipper, there are plenty of reasons to also enjoy Chenin Blanc during the cooler months, especially because this variety comes in various styles.
