This holiday season, Flamingo Casino is the place to be
The Flamingo Casino in Kimberley is home to Harvest Grill & Wine, a popular family-friendly restaurant that dishes up fantastic steakhouse food, as well as one of the most frequented entertainment venues in the area.
Therefore, you can expect nothing but the best at its Christmas Day buffet, where you will love every festive moment. Gather your friends and family and enjoy a vibrant mix of dining, entertainment, and exciting activities that capture the true spirit of summer celebrations. From great food and gaming thrills to festive fun for everyone, Flamingo brings you an unforgettable way to spend the holiday.
The menu begins with arrival drinks and crackers, after which the charcuterie and snack platters will whet your appetite. Ox tongue, chorizo, pastrami, and salami take their place alongside smoked snoek pâté, hummus, sweet mustard, apricot and chilli chutney, and olive tapenade.
Corn bread, bagels and pretzels, watermelon, feta and olive salad; and curried pasta salad are just some of the treats which await.
Hot dishes will include pineapple glazed gammon, spiced cherry chutney; roast leg of lamb, chimichurri and roast onion gravy; herb crusted turkey with apple cider gravy, and more, with seasonal veggies, savoury rice and garlic and parmesan baby potatoes on the side.
Sweet finishes range from vanilla and saffron poached pears and fruit tartlets, to berry, pistachio and lemon curd trifle and peppermint crisp pudding.
Merry Christmas one and all!
