Escape to the forest with Canvas Collective Africa this winter and indulge in an exclusive wine pairing dinner in the great Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. On the last Saturday of each month from May to July 2023, a prestigious wine farm from the valley will co-create delicious wine pairing dinners for glamping guests together with their in-house chef Mechell Spann.
The first wine pairing evening will be in collaboration with Spookfontein wines on Saturday 27th May. Guests can enjoy a full three course menu paired with some of Spookfontein's finest award-winning wines, which guests have the opportunity to purchase post-tasting on the evening and then overnight in ultimate luxury glamping style.
