Hytec South Africa, a Bosch Rexroth Africa company, has further strengthened its position as Africa’s largest hydraulics specialist by renewing its service partnership with German company, ZOLLERN GmbH & Co.KG, Drive Technology (ZOLLERN). The agreement is an extension of the one that commenced in 2018 and will now continue until 2028.
The service partnership encompasses comprehensive maintenance and repair services on ZOLLERN’s gearboxes and winches. All repair operations will be conducted at Hytec’s ISO 9001 verified workshop and will adhere to OEM specifications. To easily meet client’s requirements, Hytec South Africa will retain stock of spare parts and onsite services are also available for breakdowns and emergencies.
Both Hytec South Africa and ZOLLERN are dedicated to providing customer satisfaction by investing in continuous training on its products. ZOLLERN reinforces this commitment by making its engineers available to Hytec South Africa for additional insights.
To bolster its commitment and easy accessibility to clients, Hytec South Africa will leverage Bosch Rexroth Africa’s vast African network to provide world-class maintenance and services.
The service agreement is mutually beneficial. ZOLLERN ensures reliable maintenance and repair services that reduce downtime, while Hytec South Africa cements its place as an industry leader in the repair and maintenance of gearboxes and winches.
Iaan du Toit, “Hytec Regional Manager Cape, expressed his enthusiasm for the extension of the service partnership, saying,“ Hytec South Africa is proud to be the service partner to ZOLLERN. We look forward to ensuring customer’s requirements are met with ease and little disruption to operations”.
