This unique learning experience, set to begin in February 2025, will provide expert guidance, personalized coaching, and hands-on workshops for podcasters looking to take their shows to the next level.

Hosted by Baird Media, the Podmaster Masterclass is limited to just 5 participants, ensuring each attendee receives personalized attention and targeted advice. The program offers both online and in-person sessions, including an immersive retreat at the picturesque Protea Ranch in Centurion, Pretoria.

Program Highlights:

• Session 1: Online Introduction (21 February 2025): Participants will introduce their podcasts and identify key areas for growth.
• Session 2: In-Person Retreat (28 February – 2 March 2025): Hosted at Protea Ranch, this immersive weekend will feature workshops on content strategy, audience engagement, technical production, and personal branding. Participants will engage in peer reviews and collaborative exercises in a tranquil, creative environment.
• Personalized Coaching: Each participant will receive three 1-on-1 coaching sessions to address specific podcasting challenges.
• Closing Session (2 May 2025): A final online group session to reflect on progress, share experiences, and plan future growth.

Eligibility and Cost:

The Podmaster Masterclass is open to podcasters with an existing podcast. The cost is R16 950, payable in four instalments with the final payment due by February 2024. Accommodation, meals, and all learning materials are included, while participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
