A decade after launching one of South Africa’s most recognised body transformation challenges, Nutritional Performance Labs (NPL) is raising the bar with BodyRev X. Now in its 10th edition and unveiled shortly after the brand celebrated its 10th birthday, this milestone challenge signals a sharper, more focused era for Body Revolution. Bigger rewards, deeper support and a renewed emphasis on discipline place BodyRev X firmly in a league of its own.
BodyRev X is a 12-week commitment designed to help participants lose fat, build strength and take control of their health with intent. With a total prize pool of R400 000, the largest in the history of the challenge, this edition invites entrants to put in the work and be rewarded for measurable, meaningful progress.
This year’s focus is clear. Discipline. Structure. Consistency. Twelve weeks of committed effort can become the foundation for habits that extend far beyond the challenge itself.
A premium new era for BodyRev
This anniversary edition introduces a refined approach that speaks to the impact a structured challenge can have on both physical and mental wellbeing. A sleek structure sets the tone, supported by new and improved BodyRev supplement stacks. The experience is underpinned by a stronger partner ecosystem, with gyms and studios integrated into the programme to provide wider support, motivation and connection.
Tools, guidance and accountability that go further
Participants receive professionally designed meal plans, structured training programmes and quality-driven NPL supplements to guide them from start to finish. A downloadable 12-week Excel tracker enables participants to log mood, fitness levels, steps, calories and supplement use, turning daily effort into clear, trackable data.
Four guidance webinars, scheduled after each progress upload, provide direction for the following four weeks, ensuring participants stay focused and aligned to the programme. For the first time, BodyRev X also introduces duo entries, allowing couples, friends or gym partners to enter together and build accountability into the process.
A prize pool that matches the milestone
Backing the milestone edition is an impressive line-up of prize sponsors that reflects the scale and credibility of BodyRev X. Winners and finalists will receive premium products from JBL and Hyperice, gym wear from MURCH Activewear and GymDog Activewear, lifestyle vouchers from Dis-Chem Living Fit and SPAR hampers, as well as professional hair styling tools from Veudry. The prize pool is further strengthened by fitness memberships from F45 Bryanston and Fourways, F45 Paarl South and F45 Greenstone, a 12-month membership and merchandise from MissFit Boxing Studios for the female winner, male and female meal plans from FitFoods4U and a course discount from HFPA, delivering rewards that support performance, recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Proof that commitment delivers results
The impact of the challenge is reflected in the results from BodyRev 9.0. Female winner Khonalisa Ndlovu lost 10.8 kilograms in 12 weeks, while male winner Gerhardus Greeff achieved a 16-kilogram weight loss over the same period. Their achievements continue to inspire a growing community committed to progress built on consistency and structure.
Registrations now open
According to Cherrie Blackmore, Head of Marketing for NPL, BodyRev X represents a defining moment for both the brand and its community. “Reaching our 10th BodyRev is significant, not only because of the scale of this edition, but because of what it represents. BodyRev X is about discipline, structure and showing up for yourself every day. Twelve weeks of focused effort can shape habits that last far beyond the challenge, and we have built more guidance and support into this edition than ever before.”
Registrations for BodyRev X are now open and close on 8 February 2026. The challenge officially begins on 9 February 2026. Entrants are encouraged to secure their place early and commit to a programme that demands focus, rewards effort and delivers tangible results.
