Lucky Packet release new single ‘Friends for the Summer’

After dropping debut album Ancient History on all major streaming platforms in December 2020, Lucky Packet have followed up with a new non-album single titled Friends for the Summer.

Though Ancient History featured a blend of neo-soul and rock, Friends for the Summer is a departure from the band’s signature sound toward a more energetic, up-tempo style.

Friends for the Summer is about fleeting but powerful relationships – summer flings and brief romances and the pros and cons of getting involved when both parties know it can’t last.
