Balcony Sound Publishings and Hopeful Soul releases a debut EP 'Poppy, Volume 1' by Hopeful Soul
Sebokeng, Gauteng – Tshepang Tshepiso Mokgwadi, better known as Hopeful Soul, alongside producers Duppie Kay and Phleezy were thrilled to announce the release of the debut EP of Hopeful Soul, Titled: Poppy, Volume 1 which was released July 3rd 2025, and has been available on all digital streaming platforms since it's release date.
"Although my niche is Soulful Amapiano, I wanted Amapiano fans as a whole to enjoy the project so I decided to have a variety of Amapiano subgenres on the project as a whole." Says Hopeful Soul
The title track of the project, 'Poppy' is a Soulful, Private Amapiano song, about when the struggles and vices of life start affecting one's personal life at home, henceforth using a hypothetical 'Poppy' as an example.
The entire project was recorded at Stoner Quotes Studio in 2024, and was published by Balcony Sound Publishings in 2025 at Zone 11, Sebokeng.
