Have a stress-free Christmas at Carnival City with a sumptuous festive buffet including salad, and charcuterie and cheese station, and freshly baked bread to begin.Feast on traditional mains including sage and lemon brined roast turkey, bacon-wrapped chipolatas and gravy; and twice-baked gammon with wholegrain mustard and honey glazed, glacé cherries and charred pineapple. Dish up roasted vegetables and potatoes and Xmas fave Brussels sprouts on the side; finish with trifle, gingerbread cheesecake and more.Drinks are not included, and payment to be paid in full to secure your booking (100% cancellation fee will be applicable). No external décor will be allowed without permission from management in writing; crackers and simplistic décor will be provided. All Dietary /Religious requirements are to be brought to our attention within 72 hours’ notice, and all menus offer a vegetarian alternative.
