Durban, February 27, 2026 - College Africa Group (CAG), a MICT SETA-accredited corporate training provider, has introduced its ChatGPT for Business – Practical Workplace Application programme, a hands-on course designed to help professionals use ChatGPT effectively and responsibly in everyday work.
As organisations across South Africa explore artificial intelligence tools, many teams are discovering that results depend heavily on how the technology is used.
The new programme focuses on prompt discipline, output quality, and practical Microsoft 365 workplace application to ensure employees gain real productivity benefits without over-reliance on AI output.
Unlike hype-driven introductions, the course emphasises a core principle: AI produces language — not truth.
Delegates learn how to validate outputs, structure requests properly, and apply human oversight in business environments.
The programme uses structured, generic cross-industry business examples and does not review client documents or internal workflows.
Organisations requiring deeper alignment can engage College Africa Group separately for a dedicated implementation workshop.
Governance, policy, and POPIA compliance are addressed in CAG’s complementary AI in the Workplace programme.
