EmailPros relaunches website with free 2026 guides for South African small businesses

Why the guides were rewritten

Much of the free advice available online is written for other markets, quotes foreign prices or has simply gone out of date. South African owners are left guessing about local rules, such as who regulates .co.za domains, what CIPC actually charges or whether a company needs to register separately for a tax number.

The relaunched library tries to answer those questions plainly. For example, it explains that .co.za combines "co" for commercial with "za" for Zuid-Afrika, and that the namespace is regulated by the ZA Domain Name Authority (ZADNA), with the commercial registry run by the ZA Registry Consortium since October 2022.
