The South African fragrance house expands beyond personal scent with a considered collection of candles, reed diffusers and room mists created to bring fragrance into the spaces we call home.

SOUTH AFRICA — September 2026 — Zayya Fragrance has introduced its new Home Fragrance Collection, marking a natural expansion of the fragrance house from the scents we wear to the scents we live with.

Founded on the KwaZulu-Natal coast, Zayya began with a fascination for perfume and the extraordinary relationship between fragrance, memory and place.

Now that story moves into the home.

The new collection brings together Candles, Reed Diffusers and Room Mists, allowing fragrance to become part of the everyday atmosphere of a space — quietly present in the background, introduced in a moment, or enjoyed as part of the ritual of slowing down at the end of the day.

The collection launches with three distinct fragrance worlds, each designed to create a different atmosphere.

Oak & Amber is warm, rich and softly enveloping — a fragrance with depth and an inviting sense of warmth.

Bois de Kyōto is clean, aromatic and calm, bringing a quieter and more contemplative character to a space.

Sacred Ground is dry, resinous and grounding — atmospheric, understated and designed for those drawn to deeper, earthier fragrance profiles.

Rather than prescribing a single scent for an entire home, Zayya encourages fragrance to be experienced room by room and moment by moment.

A Reed Diffuser can provide a continuous background of scent. A Room Mist can change the atmosphere of a space in seconds. A candle introduces not only fragrance, but the simple ritual and ambience of lighting it.

The launch represents an important evolution for Zayya.

Its inspired Eau de Parfum collection remains at the heart of the fragrance house, but the addition of home fragrance allows the brand to explore a much broader idea: that scent can become part of the way people experience both themselves and the spaces around them.

For the founders, that idea is closely connected to where Zayya began.

Life on the KwaZulu-Natal coast — salt in the air, warmth, ocean evenings and the constantly changing atmosphere of the landscape — helped shape the founders' fascination with the way scent and place become intertwined in memory.

That sensibility continues through the Home Fragrance Collection, with an emphasis on atmosphere rather than decoration and fragrances intended to become part of everyday life.
