ZURU has launched the hugely popular Snackles range of plush toys in South Africa. The collectible plush range features adorable characters paired with mini replica snacks based on some of the world’s biggest brands.
Snackles are super-soft, ultra-squeezable plush toys that come paired with your favorite mini brands, along with a comic origin story on how each Snackle fell in love with its snack. They are available in multiple sizes, including the super-size version at 45 cm and 20 cm, as well as the popular 35 cm and 12 cm small blind mystery box version.
Dive into a world of toys filled with fun flavors and imaginative snacking experiences—a delightful journey of tasty treats and adorable cuddly smiles. There are 11 Snackles to collect, featuring snacks like Hershey's, Krispy Kreme, Mentos, Froot Loops, Chupa Chups, and Pringles.
A Fast-Growing Plush Brand
“Snackles has been one of the fastest-growing plush brands in the world; everyone is hungry for them, and we are incredibly excited to share them with South Africa,” says Glenn Ambrose, Country Manager at ZURU. “Snackles is fast becoming the number one new plush brand in the US, winning hearts of all ages.”
“The Snackles are driving huge hype and a cult following on TikTok, with over 200 million views on the #Snackles,” Ambrose adds. “The booming plush category of toys is not going anywhere anytime soon; parents can be sure that Snackles will be on the top of many birthday and Christmas wish lists.”
Small treat mystery toys like the smaller Snackles offer kids an opportunity to purchase them with their own pocket money. “Snackles are great to collect and trade; there are already versions of the Snackles that have increased in value over the last few months,” explains Ambrose.
Snap up a Snackle from any leading toy retailer in August, with retail prices starting at R699 for the super-size version and R349 for the smaller sizes.
