Alefbet Collections & Recoveries has announced the appointment of Ian Wood as its Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2025.
Wood brings over 40 years of leadership experience across the financial services sector, having held senior executive roles in banking, non-bank lending, insurance, and credit retailing. His career includes leadership positions at Standard Bank Africa, Edcon, Bayport Financial Services, Nimble, as well as serving as CEO of BFSI Africa at iSON Xperiences, where he also oversaw the CSS Group of Companies as part of his global remit.
