SA-Based Program Empowers Rising Leaders to Grow Influence and Revenue Share
Written by: YaziMedia Communication Save to Instapaper
Pretoria, 19 November 2025 — A global leadership development provider based in South Africa has announced an initiative that allows rising leaders to grow, equip other leaders and earn a generous revenue share in the process.
The Totally Morpheus Ambassador Program is an open opportunity for any individual who identifies as a leader. Totally Morpheus Ambassadors enjoy access to a range of open resources from Totally Morpheus, a provider of bespoke and custom leadership development. Ambassadors' recommendations for Totally Morpheus resources can earn them a revenue share of up to 50% of resulting sales.
All Totally Morpheus resources have been developed by global leadership development authority Ian Hatton. An inductee in the PSASA Southern African Educators Hall of Fame, veteran leadership facilitator and author of Lead Like Morpheus: The Genius of Conscious Leadership, Hatton has worked with thousands of leaders from 105 countries and counting. His EGG3 Leadership Assessment is an open resource to support leaders, executives and HR professionals in developing what Hatton calls "thriving leadership".
The Totally Morpheus Ambassador Program allows resources like these to reach more of the leaders who so urgently need them — while Ambassadors earn their part of resulting revenues.
"We live in a world that is crying out for better leadership," says Hatton. "A new kind of leadership. A new way of leading that will allow us to transcend all the rules and be very successful growing our people and growing our results. There is no time to lose. That's what our Totally Morpheus Ambassador Program is all about. It's about getting the right leadership message out to the right people in a way that multiplies impact, exponentially. It's about reach, but it's also about sharing the benefits of great leadership — through great partnerships."
On Friday, 21 November, founder Ian Hatton and communication strategist Marie Le Roux will launch the Totally Morpheus Ambassador Program with a live online event.
Aspiring leaders will have the opportunity to learn more about how they can benefit from the program, how revenue share is calculated and paid out, and the support they will receive. There will also be an opportunity for live questions during the session.
To learn more about the Totally Morpheus Ambassador Program and sign up to receive details of the live online launch, leaders and content creators can visit https://www.totallymorpheus.com/ambassadors.
Note: There is no cost or requirement for attending the launch event or signing up to the Totally Morpheus Ambassador Program. Results depend on each Ambassador's individual initiative and input.
