Thought Leaders to Gather for Landmark 5th Annual Pan-African Speaker Summit Shaping 'Echoes of Tomorrow'
Written by: Voices Into Africa Save to InstapaperThought leaders, professional speakers, and industry visionaries in and from Africa will gather virtually on 11–12 September 2026 for the landmark 5th Annual Pan-African Speaker Summit (PASS 2026), hosted by Voices Into Africa.
CAPE TOWN, South Africa – 8 September 2026 – Thought leaders, speakers, trainers, facilitators and coaches from across Africa and beyond will gather virtually for the landmark 5th Annual Pan-African Speaker Summit (PASS 2026) on 11–12 September 2026. Hosted by Voices Into Africa under the theme 'Echoes of Tomorrow', this premier virtual gathering offers a collaborative platform dedicated to elevating contextual African wisdom, decolonising future-focused narratives, and equipping speakers with world-class professional tools.
In an interview released today (included below), Summit Organiser and futurist Charlotte Kemp, former President of both the Global Speakers Federation (GSF) and the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA), emphasises that PASS 2026 champions the authentic expertise and wisdom of Africa.
"There is incredible contextual wisdom in Africa."
"There is incredible contextual wisdom in Africa", says Kemp. "Instead of allowing the future to be colonised by external ambitions, we look at time through a cyclical lens, imagining an authentic African future and taking the necessary action today. That is the essence of 'Echoes of Tomorrow'".
Amplifying Impact Through Watch Parties
In alignment with the spirit of Ubuntu and collective learning, PASS 2026 encourages organisational and community participation through dedicated Watch Parties. Rather than tuning in alone, a single Watch Party ticket enables hosts to bring friends, colleagues, or local speaker groups together in one room for the entire summit.
"If a person buys a Watch Party ticket, they're encouraged to find friends and family, anybody who's interested in the speaking world, and bring them into a room together. Its almost like a temporary mini mastermind," explains Kemp. "We often find in Africa, because of the concept of collectivism and Ubuntu, that when we share something together, we grow more and create something beyond what we would've done on our own."
Headline Speakers
The summit brings together an extraordinary roster of master communicators and experts delivering practical strategies for the modern speaker. These include Global Speakers Federation President Elect Joni Peddie, Multiple Award-winning speaker and 5x bestselling author Nikki Bush, the Multiple Award-winning AI Thinking Specialist and Thinking Sensei Bruce Wade, the Holistic Communication Strategist and GEO Advisor Marie-Thérèse Le Roux, and the world's premier DisMotivational speaker, Viv Vermaak. Delegates will not only receive valuable information, but also experience professional presentation skills that are world class on any stage.
Democratising Access Through Key Sponsors
To keep delegate fees affordable and expand participation across the continent, PASS 2026 is supported by valuable sponsor partnerships. Special appreciation goes to sponsors the Virtual Speakers Association International (VSAI), Oroda Business Consultants, KD Strategies, Totally Morpheus, and YaziMedia Communication, whose contributions directly make this landmark event more accessible to speakers at every stage of their career.
