Decusatio secures 2 advisory contracts
Submitted by: Marc AshtonNiche access-to-market consulting firm Decusatio has secured two new advisory contracts, confirming its positioning as a partner of choice for growth-oriented businesses.
Established in 2017, Decusatio has positioned itself as a advisory partner helping entrepreneurs tackle the twin challenges of “Access to Finance” and “Access to Markets” and seeks out opportunities to work on projects that support local entrepreneurs and deliver a social impact.
The first project involves the roll-out of a beauty spa micro-franchise as part of an Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) program in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Decusatio played a key role in securing the funding for the project and was then tasked with the recruitment and staffing brief to ensure that the new operation could hit the ground running.
The second project involves a transformative renewable energy project in the economic hub of Richard’s Bay which will see 2.5 megawatts added to the national grid in 2022 and the establishment of a dedicated training centre in the region. Decusatio was tasked with the corporate communications and recruitment brief for this project. The company was further tasked with integrating trained electricians from the local community into the project.
CEO Marc Ashton says: “Over the last 3 years, we have invested in our skills, capacity and partnerships and we are pleased to be able to now play a part in getting the economy moving again.”
