GuestRevu is thrilled to announce the shortlisted properties for the 2024 GuestRevu GREAT Awards, celebrating the GREATest hotels and guesthouses worldwide. After analysing over 70,000 guest reviews from more than 55 countries, the properties that consistently deliver excellence in service, guest experience, and satisfaction have been identified.

This year, the awards will be celebrated at two prestigious events. The first, for the Europe, Americas, and APAC categories, will be held on 6 November 2024 at WTM London. Due to an overwhelming global response, a second event will be held in Cape Town at the end of January 2025 to recognise top hotels in Africa.

Both events will feature panel discussions, networking opportunities, and live entertainment to honour the industry’s best. Chris Alexandre, GuestRevu founder, noted: "These awards are unique because they are entirely based on guest feedback, making them a true reflection of exceptional service."
