FemmeFit Fest, South Africa’s premier women-only fitness and wellness event by Nutritional Performance Labs (NPL), returns on Saturday, 9 August 2025 with an energised new lineup and an even stronger mission: to celebrate, move, and empower women through physical fitness and community.
Hosted at the scenic Syringa Park at Avianto Estate, this outdoor celebration of strength and sisterhood will feature four dynamic sessions led by top local fitness icons, from high-octane workouts to grounding mindfulness. Attendees will experience:
- HIIT with MoniqueFit – The queen of intensity kicks off the day with a full-body blast
- Boxing with MissFit Boxing – Unleash your power and precision in the ring
- Dance with Fitness Icon SA – Feel the rhythm, sweat it out, and let go
- Yoga with Tidi – End the experience with balance, breath, and intention
Check-in opens at 07h45, with activities running throughout the morning. Tickets are R395 per person, and each ticket includes a goodie bag valued at over R1000 packed with premium health, beauty, and fitness products.
