Clearwater Mall is bringing health, wellness, and fun to the forefront with two specially curated FAB FIT events, hosted in partnership with Burn Fitness. These energising sessions offer something for everyone, from pensioners seeking a revitalising workout to fitness enthusiasts ready to take on an invigorating challenge.
A Special Edition for Our Valued Pensioners
On Wednesday, 26 February, from 9am to 10am, Clearwater Mall welcomes pensioners to a FREE special edition FAB FIT Mash-Up Class, an exclusive event designed to promote flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Set in the serene atmosphere of the Piazza, this 45-minute session blends Pilates and yoga, creating a gentle yet effective workout that nurtures both body and mind.
“Our pensioners are an integral part of the Clearwater Mall community, and we are delighted to host an event that prioritises their well-being,” said Prianka Rogers Singh, Marketing Manager at Clearwater Mall. “This class is about movement, connection, and embracing a healthier lifestyle in a welcoming space.”
With a capacity limited to 75 participants, advance booking is essential. Attendees are kindly requested to bring their own mats.
Kick-Start March with Energy and Determination
For those looking to ramp up their fitness routine, the FAB FIT SILENT Mash-Up Class on Saturday, 1 March, is the perfect way to start the month. Kicking off at 8am, this 90-minute session will challenge participants with an uplifting yoga warm-up, followed by a high-energy Boxing HIIT workout designed to build strength and stamina.
For just R50, participants will not only enjoy a dynamic fitness experience but will also receive a Quickie Breakfast at Doppio Zero, including a bacon and egg roll or a croissant with butter and jam, along with a complimentary filter coffee or tea. The breakfast voucher will be provided by the instructor after the session and is valid for 1 March 2025 only, from 8am to 11am (registrations start at 7:30am).
“This event is all about motivation, movement, and community. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself in a fun and supportive environment,” added Singh.
Spots are limited to 75 participants, and attendees must bring their own mats. Advance online booking is required to secure both the class and the breakfast benefit.
