Challenges, a solo exhibition by Welkom-born artist Nkoali Nawa, revolves around the struggles he noticed and personally faced in the informal settlements of Mfuleni in Cape Town, where he lived for some time. Supported by Spier Arts Trust, this HUB exhibition presents ten charcoal drawings that reference identity, belonging, and the painful complexity of navigating cultural differences.
