Two drug busts yesterday (18 May) resulted in the arrests of a 45-year-old and a 29-year-old suspect both of which had illegal substances in their possession.
Fidelity ADT’s Specialised investigating Unit assisted the CIG Nelspruit team at the first raid in Likazi and the second at Kamagugu. Joe De Bruyn, branch manager of Fidelity ADT, says these arrests send a clear message to the communities that drug possession and drug dealing will not be tolerated.
“We are pleased with the outcome of yesterday’s searches. Giving our support to the CIG means greater chances of success,” he says.
The suspects were taken into custody and the illegal substances confiscated.
