Schalk Bezuidenhout Laces Up for the Sapphire Coast Marathon in Support of a Local Cause

Iconic South African comedian, Schalk Bezuidenhout, has announced on his social media platforms that he’ll be joining the many competitors participating in the Sapphire Coast Marathon in Amanzimtoti on Sunday (26 October 2025). Looking for a Comrades Qualifier, the comedian, who now resides in KwaZulu-Natal, is looking forward to experiencing this scenic race, organised by Amanzimtoti Athletics Club and supported by Sapphire Coast Tourism. Late entries for the 10km, 21.1km or 42.2km races can still be made at Amanzimtoti Athletics Club, 1 Riverside Road on Friday, 24 October 2025 from 4pm to 7pm and Saturday, 25 October 2025 from 10am to 4pm. No entries on race day.
