There is much more to chocolate and wine than that initial creamy sweetness or sip of comfort. 

Motherhood is also about much more than the obvious sweetness and comfort and with Mother’s Day on 11 May, the team at Leopard’s Leap was inspired to celebrate the layers of motherhood with the intracacies of a chocolate and wine tasting exploring the various layers of flavour, taste, and texture.

Available at the Leopard’s Leap Tasting Room during May, between Wednesday and Sunday.

White chocolate chip cookie with a pineapple gel - the floral and fun Leopard’s Leap Chescato.

Rich plum-glazed chocolate and red wine sponge - Shiraz-based Leopard’s Leap Heritage blend.

Decadent Belgian dark chocolate truffle with cranberries and almonds – the classic Bordeaux-style Culinaria Grand Vin
