Classic Martini
Ingredients:
- 50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
- 25ml dry vermouth
- 1 green olive or lemon rind
- Ice
Method:
Chill a martini glass with ice or in the fridge.
Add ingredients into a stirring beaker with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Alternatively, add the gin ad vermouth into an ice-filled shaker, and shake until it is frosted from the outside.
Remove the ice from the martini glass and strain the beaker into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with a green olive or lemon rind.
