If the name alone doesn’t entice you, this drink uses Cape Town The Pink Lady Gin (of course), combined with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice and a sweet hint of simple syrup, topped with Brut Rosé MCC, serving you elegance in a glass! The French Lady

Ingredients:

• 50ml Cape Town The Pink Lady Gin
• 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 10ml simple syrup
• Brut Rosé MCC
• Lemon rind and edible flowers to garnish
• Ice

Method:

Combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. strain into a champagne flute and slowly top up with the MCC. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon rind and edible flowers.
