As always, Capegate is starting the new year with a bang with the community at the heart of their events. This January they are bringing fitness enthusiasts and bargain hunters together with two incredible events – the first CG Fit Club of the year on 25 January and once again by popular demand, CG Thrift Fest Summer Edition takes place from 31 January to 2 February.
Capegate Fit Club – Your Ultimate Fitness Experience
Sweat, Smile, and Start 2025 Strong! Kickstart your 2025 fitness journey at the first CG Fit Club event of the year, happening on 25 January from 10am to 12pm. Hosted at the Undercover Parking Entrance 6, this dynamic session is designed to energise and inspire. Attendees will experience a high-energy 45-minute Zumba class followed by a rejuvenating 45-minute Yoga session, expertly curated to keep you moving and motivated.
In collaboration with Virgin Active and Kauai, the event promises a holistic wellness experience. As an added treat, each participant will receive a free Kauai smoothie voucher to enjoy post-workout, and one lucky attendee will walk away with an additional R250 Kauai wallet balance in a thrilling lucky draw.
“Fitness should be fun, inclusive, and rewarding,” said Zoë Enslin, Marketing Manager for Capegate Shopping Centre. “CG Fit Club is our way of bringing the community together to prioritise health and well-being in a supportive, high-energy environment.”
Spaces are limited, with tickets priced at just R50, so secure your spot now for an invigorating experience. The last two CG Fit Club sessions for the Summer Season will take place on 22 February 2025 and 29 March 2025.
CG Thrift Fest Summer Edition: Sustainable Shopping at Its Best
