?08h30 to 09h00 | High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with MoniqueFit – Kickstart the event with an electrifying HIIT session led by MoniqueFit, a powerhouse in the fitness industry. This session is designed to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and boost your strength, leaving you feeling energised and empowered.

?09h20 to 09h50 | Self-Defence Class by Nicole from Key Chain SA – For the first time at FemmeFit Fest, we are introducing a self-defence class tailored specifically for women. Led by Nicole from Key Chain SA, this session will teach practical and effective self-defence techniques, giving you the confidence to protect yourself in real-life situations. As a ladies-only event, we are committed to equipping every participant with valuable skills for personal safety and empowerment.

?‍♀️10h00 to 10h30 | Yoga Session with Tidi – After an intense morning, unwind and reconnect with your body and mind in a revitalising yoga session with Tidi. This session will focus on flexibility, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, helping you find balance and inner strength.
