The guest of honour and keynote speaker was editor, columnist, strategist and globally recognized speaker Toby Shapshak. The topic of the evening, “The future of work, and why we are so change averse”- a look at the evolution of how people work and the psychi behind our adaptation and reluctance toward these.
The Live In The Next are quarterly informative sessions that give corporates and creatives alike an opprtunity to hear from industry experts and leaders, in their respective disciplines.
“Our agency ethos, since our recent rebrand, is Live In The Next and we decided to put this into action by hosting these sessions- which we identified as a real need more than anything. Technology changes the way we work- from cloud computing to artificial intellegence, so business models are informed by thesechanges. It’s imperative to stay aligned- particularly for an industry like ours, because innovation is vital to survival and thriving, thus Toby was a perfect fit for the first of many, ” commented OLC MD Jerome Cohen.
