The ultimate prawn experience at Hotel Izulu
Submitted by: The P.R Team Save to InstapaperDue to increasing demand and as a result of the growing popularity of its decadent prawn evenings each Friday evening at Hotel Izulu in Ballito, the Hotel will present another opportunity for guests to experience the prawn extravaganza on Saturday 17, September.
For starters, guests can indulge in lobster bisque, gnocchi, Norwegian salmon tartare or chicken liver parfait.
All the prawn main dishes are R79 per person which includes the renowned Hotel Izulu chips. Guests may choose from an array of succulent prawns – peri peri prawns served with fresh green salad, tempura prawns with chilli and cucumber salsa, basil and garlic mayonnaise and asparagus, garlic grilled prawns with wok fried vegetables, caper and herb compound butter or experience the newly introduced spicy prawn tikka masala finished with yoghurt, savoury rice and sambals all created by Executive Chef, Guy Gorrie.
