The Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux heat up the pop-up restaurant at the Biennale des Antiquaires

From 14 to 23 September, the Grand Palais in Paris will once again play host to the 26th edition of Biennale des Antiquaires. This year the décor has been designed by Karl Lagerfeld to recreate the feel of a typical Parisian shopping street at the end of the 19th century.

The ‘Salon d’Honneur’ has been completely renovated and, to mark the occasion, will re-open its doors after being closed for more than 70 years.

In this spectacular setting, a pop-up restaurant will provide the ‘gourmet’ heart of the event. Here several French Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux come together again to perform their art of haute cuisine in a truly singular setting. A different Grand Chef will serve a customised and exclusive menu at lunchtime and at night each day. The opening event will be a Gala Dinner with a menu created by renowned Grand Chef Michel Guérard (Les Prés d’Eugénie Michel Guérard, Eugénie-les-Bains).
