Relais & Châteaux Host Annual ‘Family’ Reunion

The annual Relais & Châteaux cocktail party took place on Friday, 11 May at the Oyster Box Hotel on the eve of the Indaba travel trade fair.  The cocktail party has become a must attend function on the hospitality industries calendar and is a way to reconnect with old and new friends leading up to the Indaba.

Relais & Châteaux’s President, Jaume Tàpies, flew in from Paris for this special occasion and hosted the event as well as the annual general meeting held earlier in the day.

The cocktail party is also an opportunity to update invited guests on the Association’s news such as further properties becoming members, the launch of the Southern, East Africa & Indian Ocean Islands delegation’s first ever Relais & Châteaux cook book which features all the Chefs as well as Grands Chefs Margot Janse of Le Quartier Français and Peter Tempelhoff of The Collection by Liz McGrath and to announce numerous new Routes du Bonheur across the region for guests to discover.
