Relais & Châteaux enhances guest experiences with new CEO

Guests can now truly research each property, the areas and highlights offered in conjunction with the guide and cookbook to ensure they maximise the uniqueness of their tailor made vacation.
The 2012 Routes du Bonheur include - ‘Where Memories are Made’ – where guests may experience The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel, Tsala Treetop Lodge & Villas and Kurland Hotel. ‘Spectacular by Nature’, The Plettenberg, Gorah Elephant Camp and Kwandwe Private Game Reserve. ‘Wine and Whales’ - Ellerman House, Le Quartier Français and The Marine Hermanus. ‘Footprints in Africa’ -
Jean-François Ferret has been appointed as CEO of Relais & Châteaux and supports Jaume Tàpies, International President of Relais & Châteaux, and runs the operations of the Association on an international level. He takes over marketing and sales activities for the benefit of the brand and provides the 518 members in almost 60 countries with the necessary support.
