New Shamwari Game Reserve Billboard Supports Community in Plettenberg Bay
Submitted by: The P.R Team Save to InstapaperPart of Shamwari Group, Shamwari Game Reserve situated in the Eastern Cape, recently procured a billboard site on the N2 en route from Cape Town just before Plettenberg Bay, and all proceeds of the rental of the billboard space will be given to the 'Plett Bridge Job Creation Company' a non profit organisation created by Second Harvest, which is specialist signage and Infrastructure Development consultancy, who has initiated this community project.
Plett Bridge Job Creation Company is a new venture that has recently been established by Second Harvest and locals in the Plettenberg Bay community and the proceeds from the Shamwari Game Reserve billboard has now enabled them to move into permanent premises scheduled for August 2012, which will be used as the Head Office.
Fundi, an organisation originally known as 'Men on the Side of the Road' have partnered with Plett Bridge Job Creation Company to help facilitate employment opportunities.
